The Morrisby multi-school dashboard is a group-level reporting view for any organisation running careers provision across more than one school. It consolidates engagement, assessment, framework and meetings data from every school in the group into one live, filterable dashboard, with drill-through to the underlying detail.
One view of careers provision across every school in your group
The Morrisby multi-school dashboard brings careers data from every school in your group into a single live, filterable view. Engagement, assessments, frameworks, meetings and exploration, all in one place, all shared with the schools underneath.
Built for multi-academy trusts, federations and independent school groups. Included with your Morrisby license.

Group-wide visibility, made simple
See careers data from every school in your group in one live view, without switching between accounts or collating exports by hand. Filter by Year Group, Gender, Pupil Premium, SEN and EAL across every module to see how provision is landing across every cohort and support equity monitoring in the same place.

See engagement at a glance
A single engagement score per school, built from five underlying measures: Frequency, Recency, Breadth, Depth and Progress. Together, they give central teams a practical read on how engaged each cohort is with Morrisby and information they can act on.
Drill into the detail that matters
Track completion of the four core questionnaires (Aspirations, Priorities, Personality and Study Interests) and, where enabled, aptitude assessments across Verbal, Numerical, Abstract, Spatial and Mechanical reasoning.
Average scale scores show which way students in a school or year group are leaning, so subject choice, supercurricular activity and enrichment planning can be tailored to what the data shows. Favouriting data surfaces the careers, universities and courses students are actively exploring.

Frameworks tracked side by side
See Gatsby Benchmarks, Skills Builder and DfE Enrichment Benchmarks in one view, each with activity and hours recorded. A joined-up picture of careers readiness, transferable skills and broader personal development across every school. Enrichment Benchmark data is built in, so your group is ready for the September 2026 Ofsted change.
Meetings and interventions
The meetings tracker shows the proportion of students receiving each type of careers-related meeting: Formal Careers Guidance, General, Academic Mentoring, Work Experience and Informal Careers Guidance. A clear view of Gatsby Benchmark 8 across every school, ready for governors, boards and inspection reporting.

Target support, school by school
See every school in your group at a glance, including student numbers, overall engagement, the five underlying engagement measures and when the data was last updated. Switch between grid and table view and sort by any field to see where schools diverge and where additional support may be needed.
FAQs
Who is the multi-school dashboard for?

It is built for central teams responsible for careers provision across multiple schools. That includes multi-academy trusts, standalone federations, independent school groups, diocesan boards, local authority careers teams, sixth form college groups and international school groups. Schools in the group also see the same view of their own data that the central team sees.
Does the dashboard support Ofsted and Gatsby reporting?

Yes. Gatsby Benchmarks, Skills Builder and DfE Enrichment Benchmarks are tracked side by side, with activity and hours recorded against each. The meetings tracker provides evidence against Gatsby Benchmark 8 and Enrichment Benchmark data is built in ready for the September 2026 Ofsted change.
Can individual schools see their own data?

Yes. Individual schools will continue to be able to see their own data and view individual student records?
