Morrisby provides a comprehensive Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) service designed to support schools, colleges and other education providers, and practitioners, in delivering high-quality, personalised careers guidance. Our offer combines psychometric assessments, digital resources, expert support, and structured guidance tools aligned to national frameworks such as the Gatsby Benchmarks, Skills Builder, the PSHE curriculum, and the CDI Career Development Framework.

- Detailed career profiles, entry requirements and progression routes, external resources, and videos
- Labour Market Information presented in an accessible, student-friendly way, updated each time a user opens a careers profile
- Subject information, relevant for the age of the person (options at 13/14, 16 and 18)
- Apprenticeship information, linked to subjects, outlining the apprenticeships available under the subject area, at various education levels
- Live links to apprenticeships, worldwide HE course listings, provider details and jobs links
- Information for parents and carers through the Morrisby platform

2. Advice
Morrisby supports schools and advisers in providing personalised careers advice, helping students learn about, compare, and evaluate different options.

- Career and subject suggestions based on an individual’s profile, bringing together the results of the individual’s profile
- Vocational and academic career routes information and advice
- Course and apprenticeship vacancies filtered by preferences
- Course listings categorised by “target, stretch or safe” options for the individual

3. Guidance
Morrisby enhances provider-led guidance through tools and structured models used by qualified careers advisers.

- Self understanding profiles to support deep guidance conversations around strengths, interests, work style and workplace preferences, study interests, priorities, and personality
- Career and subject suggestions based on an individual’s profile, bringing together the results of the individual’s profile

Morrisby also partners with practitioners and organisations delivering 1:1 careers guidance, and provides its own remote careers guidance meetings for schools wishing their students to have feedback on their Morrisby profile, and to discuss next steps.
