I’ve led technology at Morrisby for over 15 years, developing the original platform and evolving it into a complete careers guidance system. Recently, I’ve worked on AI tools like CourseNav to make career and education decisions more accessible. Before Morrisby, I founded Eduseek, an edtech business, then worked as a consultant with PA Consulting. I’m passionate about meaningful projects, like those that help people understand themselves, make informed decisions, and find fulfilling paths in life.

Having lacked support in my own career journey, I became a careers adviser to help young people explore diverse career opportunities. I love working for Morrisby as our platform enables anyone, regardless of background, to discover their strengths and interests, and match them to aspirational careers. I’m excited by how AI will shape global careers education moving forwards.

I am a level 7 qualified careers development professional (RCDP) and joined Morrisby in 2018, following 9 years in careers at the London School of Economics.

I’ve been at Morrisby for over 20 years, starting as a developer on Fast Tomato, one of the first online career guidance platforms for schools. I now lead product management. I stay because I love helping people discover their strengths, regardless of formal education. It’s rewarding to give individuals the tools to explore their interests and guide them toward careers they’ll love. I’m passionate about inspiring people to look beyond familiar jobs and explore new possibilities. The office cakes help too!

I’ve worked for Morrisby for over 15 years, with experience across most areas. As a qualified Accountant (suggested by my Morrisby Profile at 17) and with qualifications in Marketing, I have spent time overseeing both marketing and finance, although now concentrate on Finance/operational matters. I’m also the Employee Trustee for Morrisby Trustees Ltd, managing the Morrisby Employee Owned Trust (EOT), formed in 2023. My career started at Eurostar and Dixons Stores Group, where I worked in various roles, including Finance. I joined Morrisby in 2009 and love being part of a company that has helped millions of young people over the years.
