Individual Feedback
When handing back a Morrisby Guidance Report to a candidate, it is suggested that the structure of the interview is as follows:
- Put interviewee at ease about test results by discussing what the candidate liked and disliked about the tests.
- Discuss in more detail the good points about the individual's test results.
- Find out and resolve any difficulties encountered in understanding the reports.
- Discuss any problems or discrepancies that have been identified in the report.
- Review the jobs selected and the findings in the report.
These need to be linked to interests and abilities.
A shortlist of jobs that merit further consideration can be discussed and compiled. - Summarise the discussions and recommendations and reiterate any decisions made.
- Any actions and follow-up need to be agreed.
