Candidate Report Handover
There are different ways that the reports can be returned to clients:
Individually
If you have decided to see all the candidates individually then as far as handing back the reports is concerned you could either :
Give them out shortly before the interview session
or
Send home them home in the post
In a Group
However, if you are going to get all the candidates together and give them their reports back at the same time, then it is recommended that you:
Hand out the reports in the session and collect them in afterwards and then continue as above.
After the Interview
Again there are two possibilities:
The reports can be taken home straight after interview
or
They can be sent home in the post
