In each section before detailing your own results, there is a general explanation about what the section is assessing.
Adults
If you have left full time education you will also have received "The Way Ahead" supplement. This has 11 more sections and some helpful exercises for you to complete.
Careers suggestions
They have been chosen from details of over 550 occupations held on our database and as the title suggests, these are only suggestions! . The 12 occupations in your report have been selected because they best match your abilities, interests and likely qualifications.
Each title has 3 associated areas along side it. These are intended to give you some more ideas. If a particular career does not appear in the report it does not mean it is necessarily unsuitable - discuss it at your report feedback interview! Any further careers suggestions can be considered in the light of your report.
Details of all relevant qualifications, typical entry routes and a brief description of the career area are provided with each job title.

Your report contains very valuable information but to get the most out of it you need to discuss the contents with your adviser.
During this session your adviser will not only discuss and explain the contents of your report, but also focus on the careers that match your talents and interests. Advisers can also give you very useful information on each of the careers areas suggested.
