Founded by John Morrisby in 1967, The Morrisby Organisation specialises in producing tests that can be used for individual development rather than those that aim to classify people in an impersonal and 'ranked' manner.

The vast majority of our work comes through personal recommendation. Probably the best indicator of our success is that our services are used time and time again by most UK Careers Services and by many leading public and commercial organisations.
TMO continues to lead the way in guidance with "Fast Tomato", their web based interactive guidance system.
