The client receives a score on each of the measures which is then
presented as a profile. Although the scores allow clients to be compared
with each other, the "shape" of the profile is used to show a client's own
strengths and limitations, and a detailed interpretation is based on the
relationship of the scores with each other.
When it is used in conjunction with an accurate job analysis it provides a powerful method of matching applicants to jobs.

The system is flexible and can be used across all levels of selection, but also to identify development or training needs. Detailed computer generated reports are available.

The MP is presented in one reusable question book. Clients record their answers in a separate answer booklet. Printed practice tests are also available.

Time
The total performance and administration time for the tests is just over three hours.

The MP is appropriate for all ages from 15 years to Adult.

The MP is appropriate for clients of all levels of ability.
Scoring
The tests can be hand or bureau scored.

Training
The MP is available to those who hold a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level-A) and who have successfully completed an approved Morrisby Profile Accreditation course.
