PTC Registered Test

The client receives a score on each of the measures which is then presented as a profile. Although the scores allow clients to be compared with each other, the "shape" of the profile is used to show a client's own strengths and limitations, and a detailed interpretation is based on the relationship of the scores with each other.

When it is used in conjunction with a accurate job analysis it provides a powerful method of matching applicants to jobs.

Benefits

The Morrisby Profile provides a complete psychological picture of a job applicant. The aptitude tests provide information on potential future work performance. The system is flexible and can be used across all levels of selection, but also to identify development or training needs. Detailed computer generated reports are available.

Applications

The diversity of the MP means that it is equally applicable across a range of induustries. It is widely used in the engineering, manufacturing and production sectors for selection, but also for graduate recruitment in the finance industry. It has also proved valuable in development work with graduate and administrative trainees, development centres for managerial staff, and in specialist recruitment activities such as civil aviation pilot selection.

Materials

The MP is presented in one reusable question book. Clients record their answers in a separate answer booklet. Printed practice tests are also available.

Administration of the MP

Time

The total performance and administration time for the tests is just over three hours.

Age

The MP is appropriate for all ages from 15 years to Adult.

Range

The MP is appropriate for clients of all levels of ability.

Scoring

The tests can be hand or bureau scored.

Ordering

Materials are supplied ex-stock and orders received before 3:00pm will be despatched on the same day.

Training

The MP is available to those who hold a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level-A) and who have successfully completed an approved Morrisby Profile Accreditation course.
